Pea Ridge
Find your exploration on bike, foot, or horseback.
The below routes are a short 15-minute drive from Bentonville and leave from the downtown Pea Ridge Hub near the Baker Hayes Urban Trail System. You’ll immediately access gravel roads and roll out of town into rural northern Arkansas and southern Missouri. Much of the riding in this area is somewhat hilly and tree covered, with ample creek crossings and hollers. Pea Ridge offers a bevy of food and beverage options for pre or post-ride – this burgeoning community is known for its Mule Jump Festival as well as the location of the pivotal Battle of Pea Ridge during the Civil War (preserved by the Pea Ridge National Military Park just a few miles east of town, a must visit). Park and ride, maybe a quick dip in a creek-filled holler or a spin down to Beaver Lake – however you do it, plan to stick around and fill your belly after exploring the winding roads around Pea Ridge, AR.
